Aunt Emmie’s Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

2 Cups Flour

2 Cups Sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cups chopped walnuts

1 20oz can crushed pineapple with juice

Mix these together and pour into a greased 9x13x2 pan.  Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Frosting

1/4 Cup butter

8 oz. cream cheese

1 1/3 Cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1/2/ Cups chopped nuts

Mix, frost and ENJOY!
